School Vision and Values

We are currently developing a long-term vision for our school - one that reflects our ambitions for every child and is grounded in the shared values of our whole school community. This vision is evolving through ongoing conversations and feedback from learners, staff, families, and governors.

As this development continues, three core values have begun to guide our thinking and inform the culture we are building:

• Support children to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Integrity means doing what’s right, even when it’s hard. It means we:

We Lead with Kindness—Together

Kindness is at the heart of strong relationships and a safe, inclusive community. It means we:

• Encourage collaboration among staff, learners, and families.
• Celebrate each other’s progress and support one another through challenges.
